I was thrilled to be selected to have my work featured in a new program through postcard.com, called Edition. They now offer curated prints to be sent as a greeting to your friends and loved ones. It's like sending a miniature piece of art, and it is an easy and thoughtful gift. These are postcards your friends are going to want to keep!
Just select a piece, write a personal message, and they'll send a frame-ready 6”x9” fine art postcard to anyone in the world. $7 US/Canada/Mexico, $8 all other locations.

"A Flower in the Mouth" at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival
Images from my series A Flower in the Mouth were exhibited as part of the Cultural Exchange Pavillion - Casa do Brasil, at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in the spring.
It's always been a dream of mine to be involved with Jazz Fest, and I wanted to share this experience with as many people as possible! I was at Jazz Fest both weekends, which was an incredible experience! Thank you to all who came by!
Also, I had the opportunity to speak at the panel "Portraits of Popular Culture in Brazil," on Saturday, May 3rd
This exhibition and opportunity was truly humbling and it was incredible to be surrounded by other like minded creatives. What a dream come true!

Last year, I spoke about publishing and crowd-funding to publish your own book, of course speaking about A Flower in the Mouth.
Thank you B&H for inviting me to speak!

A Flower in the Mouth at Lincoln Center
The official US launch of my photo book "A Flower in the Mouth" at NYC's Lincoln Center was a truly magical experience. This was one of my biggest and extensive projects to date, and it was a dream come true to show you all! The exhibit was on view at the Rubenstein Atrium, at Lincoln Center.
Take a peek at the exhibition at Lincoln Center!
As for the exhibition, the music, food, and over-all experience was one to remember. I'm always impressed by traditional carnival attire. Take a look at the festivities below!
